Ginger Root Oil: Ginger Root
(Zingiber Officinale Roscoe) is recognized in Asian medicine for it
stomach-calming and diuretic effects. Those who suffer from motion
sickness, nausea, indigestion and even morning sickness may find relief
with ginger. Ginger stimulates circulation in the gastrointestinal tract
thus providing a speedy delivery of nutrients through the bloodstream.
Ginger also increases muscle tone in the stomach and anti-aging

plane trip, be sure to add ginger oil to your travel bag. Take at least 3
